Information Collected on Usage
We collect usage and traffic information when you visit our Web site, use or interact with SMAudience Services, or advertisements that we serve.
Usage Information could include general click stream behavior such as Web pages viewed (including the URL addresses of such pages), navigation from page to page through the SMAudience site, time spent on each page, and items that you click or select. Profile Information could include profile information that you have declared public or published to the public on social media and social network platforms.
Profile and Usage data is used to tailor our visitor’s experience at our site and display the content according to your preferences. Aggregates data is used to improve our services, and may be shared with our advertisers.
Information Collected Upon Registration
If you desire to have access to certain paid or members only sections of the Site, you may be required to become a registered user, and to submit certain personally identifiable information to SMAudience. This happens in a number of instances, such as when you sign up for paid Services, or if you desire to receive marketing materials and information. Personally identifiable information that we may collect in such instances may include your IP address, email address, password, social media platform id’s needed to operate the SMAudience Service, as well as other information that you decide to provide to us.
Usage and Visit Data
1) Log files
SMAudience logs IP addresses for system administration purposes. This information is used to diagnose server problems, monitor traffic patterns, analyze trends, administer the website, and identify the most used areas of the website.
SMAudience logs the activity of Registered Users via the web site. This information will be used to provide a better user experience, including customized contents for you. SMAudience reserves the right to share the aggregate activity logs with third parties; however, no personally identifiable information shall be released.
2) Data sharing
Should SMAudience share aggregated profile information with partners and/or advertisers, such information will not be linked to SMAudience information that identifies individual Registered Users. This aggregated information can not be used to identify a unique individual.

Data from Social Media Platforms
As part of our services provided to you, you may choose to access certain third party social media Web sites and Social Media platforms, such as Instagram or Facebook.
When you do so, you may be making queries or sharing information with those Social Media Platforms, and the information you share will be governed by their privacy policies and terms of service.
We will collect relevant information necessary to enable our Services to access that Social Media Platform, but you may provide your login information, like your password, directly to such Social Media Platform.
We use a technical login process call oAuth to facilitate your usage of the platforms. This allows you to use reporting and query services (called API) from Social Media Platforms. Please note that these platforms may collect information about your activities and your usage of their services on our platform. The storage, usage and disclosure of this information are governed by the policies of such third parties. SMAudience has no liability or responsibility for the data privacy practices of these Social Media Platforms.
Disclosures for Legal Purposes
SMAudience may disclose your Personal Information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to
a) comply with a legal obligation,
b) protect and defend the rights or property of SMAudience,
c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Services or the public, or
d) protect against legal liability
