We have created this Privacy Policy in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to data privacy. This Privacy Policy applies to information that you provide or we collect using on this SMAudience site and in the process of providing the Services to our clients.

Information Collected on Usage

We collect usage and traffic information when you visit our Web site, use or interact with SMAudience Services.

This happens in a number of instances, such as when you sign up for paid Services, or if you desire to receive marketing materials and information. Personally identifiable information that we may collect in such instances may include your IP address, email address, password, social media platform id’s needed to operate the SMAudience Service, as well as other information that you decide to provide to us.

SMAudience and our technology logs IP addresses for system administration purposes. This information is used to diagnose server problems, monitor traffic patterns, analyze trends, administer the website, and identify the most used areas of the website.
SMAudience logs the activity of Registered Users via the web site. This information will be used to provide a better user experience, including customized contents for you. SMAudience reserves the right to share the aggregate activity logs with third parties; however, no personally identifiable information shall be released.

Data sharing

Should SMAudience share anonymous data or aggregated profile information with our clients, such information will not be linked to SMAudience information that identifies individual users.   We do not control our Customers’ use of the data we shared with them.  Their use of the information will be governed by their data privacy policies.

What data we collect

We collect information about the site visits and content consumption data.    These include Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, web browser (such as browser type and browser language), and the actions you may have taken on our or our Client’s websites (that uses our technology).

This data is anonymous and non PII data (Personally Identifiable Information).

This data cannot be used to discover individual’s identity such as their name, social security number, date and place of birth, bio-metric records etc

SMAudience may disclose your Personal Information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to
a) comply with a legal obligation,
b) protect and defend the rights or property of SMAudience,
c) act in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the Services or the public, or
